Payment Terms:

  • Fee: $2222

Cancellation Policy:

  • This is a non-refundable investment. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Confidentiality:

  • Both the Coach Facilitators and Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions.

Limitation of Liability:

  • The Coach Facilitators are not liable for any damages arising from the Participant's actions or decisions made outside of sessions.

Intellectual Property:

  • All materials, including curriculum, worksheets, and presentations, remain the property of the Coach Facilitators and cannot be shared without permission.

Governing Law:

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of California.

Agreement Acceptance:

  • By registering for The Pink Door you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
