This Is Your Threshold.
There comes a time when the wisdom you’ve earned can no longer stay hidden.
Not because you’ve mastered it but because it’s medicine.
Welcome to that time.
I’m Cara Jones
and I support artists, coaches, healers, and visionaries to cross into their next becoming—by reclaiming the stories that once silenced them and shaping them into soul expression that moves people and sets them free.
This is not branding.
This is not performance.
This is initiation.
And this is joy. Sacred, earned, radiant joy.
My Rites Of Passage Via Story
Every creative breakthrough in my life started with telling one terrifying story.
A raw HuffPost essay about my disillusionment with TV news launched my production company, Storytellers for Good. A 5-minute Moth story about my cult upbringing and arranged marriage became a Washington Post feature, then the documentary Blessed Child. The story I told at 49 about anxiety and buried grief cracked me open and birthed Rewritten—and the book I'm finally writing.
On my 50th birthday this past March, I hosted Stories of Love & Resilience—a live storytelling night featuring ten storytellers, including my parents. What I witnessed wasn't just stories being told. It was truth being alchemized. Pain transmuted into wisdom. The audience didn't just listen—they were transformed.
That night crystallized what I'd known for years: Story is soul alchemy. And telling the truth isn't performance—it's an initiation into your next chapter.
