Before We Begin
You'll receive a video assignment and reflection questionnaire to illuminate the experiences and turning points that have shaped you and then meet for 3 live calls with Cara
I. Illumination: 90 Minutes
Discover the golden thread of your story, clarify your core message, and leave with a seven-minute story outline and a short video to support your story writing.
II. Emergence: 60 Minutes
Refine your story, identify the creative or visibility project calling to be born, and establish the inner practices and practical steps to bring it to life.
III. Crossing: 30 or 75 Minutes
Integrate your insights, honor your transformation, and consciously step into your next chapter.
The closing session is 30 minutes, or 75 minutes if you choose to include a breathwork ceremony for deeper embodied integration. Both options are included in your investment.

For those ready to bring their emerging vision to life, private mentorship with Cara is available upon request and subject to availability. $1,000/month includes two 60-minute sessions. Completion of Untether Your Voice is required. We'll define your project, desired outcome, and timeline together before beginning, with the duration of mentorship tailored to your creative vision.
