Untether Your Voice is a mix of guided classes, group + 1-1 laser coaching and inner work that will help you excavate the deepest truths about your life, and lay the root system for a thriving business and marketing.

You’ll get free of hiding patterns, learn to trust your voice, and implement a soul-led strategy to gather an audience and build your platform inspired by your core story and message.

On this journey I bring my storytelling superpowers to help you click together all the pieces of your life’s puzzle, both in 1-1 laser coaching sessions and group calls.

Meet Your Guide
I’m Cara Jones, a former Emmy Award winning broadcast journalist, founder of Storytellers for Good and trauma-educated story coach. My work is born out of a seven year journey of uncovering my own story and turning it into a documentary film (Blessed Child). The process brought me face to face with deep old fears, led me to my work and changed my life. I am here to pass the magic along. I now help other entrepreneurs excavate your deepest truths and stories, discover your unique wisdom and thought leadership and lead with parts of yourself you’ve been taught to bury. My work has been featured in The Washington Post, Huff Post, The Moth and Boston Globe.

We unearth your wisdom and I help you pull out the magic threads, clarify your audience, your message, and ultimately weave a story that holds all the raw materials of your most aligned work. From there you will craft a blueprint of your magnetic offer and a captivating About Page.
This process lays the foundation for what you will write, say and create in the years to come. It’s your guiding compass for how you’re going to show up for your audience, sustainably.
This high-touch small group (no more than 15 people) experience includes:
1-1 laser coaching sessions with Cara: So you have professional support to see the magic in your story. It’s an honor to get to use my superpowers to help you find the magic threads, connect the dots that have brought you here and give birth to your deepest work. These sessions will be done in smaller groups where you’ll receive 1-1 attention. You’ll also get one 30 min laser coaching call with Cara
Weekly Live 90 Minute Group Coaching Calls to Free Your Voice and Find Your Story: Classes meet on Wednesdays at 10-11:30am PST (except 1 integration weeks off) starting January 31st and include worksheets and templates to lessen your workload. Also included: 4 bonus co-working/coaching sessions.
Optional partner support with other participants to deepen your learning and give you weekly practice in getting free of old beliefs hiding patterns
Access to a private Slack Channel for questions, homework in-between class and feedback on what you’re creating

Yes, as much as possible! This is a live group coaching program including consistent exercises in Zoom breakout rooms and you will get the most out of being there in person. That being said, life happens, and all classes will be recorded for your review if you have to miss any.

There will be a max of 15 people. The combination of group and 1-1 support in this container creates powerful magic and accountability.

Yes! This program is for both established entrepreneurs and beginners who are the face of their business and want to move into their next level of visibility.

This work is best suited for coaches, healers, entrepreneurs who are the face of their work and who have done therapeutic work on their life experience already. This work is not about pulling you back into your past but more deeply understanding it so you can discover the “golden seed” of your purpose work in it.

Yes! Each week there is optional homework that can be done on your own or (more effectively) with an assigned partner in the group for 30 min to an hour. As we inch towards the sharing of your story and developing your framework, however, you will need to set aside at least an hour, sometimes two or more per week for this work to reach the desired outcomes.

Yes and No. Yes because to fully step in you will be invited to face fears that may have been running you your whole life. No because it will feel amazing and inspiring to be held with 1-1 coaching and group support as you discover how your story can provide deep roots to a thriving and magnetic business.
